Slightly outdated, yet still extremely helpful for fashion illustration. Since it is out of print, I wouldn't necessarily recommend scouring the internet for it, as I'm sure there are better ones out there in print. It was among the books I had to buy for my drawing class when I was studying fashion design (in 2007). It really is a good reference book. I recommend it as it provides the most precise way to draw a large variety of fashion elements: from any part of the human body to shoes, shirts, dresses, colars, pockets and much more. Knowing the basics helps creating your own style afterwards.

Not as detailed and educative as I expected at first, but the details of clothing pieces at the end were rather useful. Although, there was something which bothered me a bit. Drawings look great at the first glance (I did like the colorings and the poses) but the hands are very badly positioned and look unnatural to me. Also the faces lack symmetry and to me they look.... Not very well drawn, tbh... But all in all, it's a good book. Not as detailed and educative as I expected at first, but the details of clothing pieces at the end were rather useful. Gee still growing
nice.. full of variation of.. to the point..
but unfortunately the example for colour usage, I can't learn how to usage the pencil colour to colour the design.. = =

I need this book. I draft fashion designs but am never sure if I have to correct format or enough detail.
